Medal of Honor: Airborne to hit stores 8/28/07
It's coming ladies and gents! On August 28th, EA Games will be releasing the newest addition to the Medal of Honor family, Medal of Honor: Airborne. The hook to get a gamer to buy this new game? For the first time in the history of First Person Shooters, you can choose where you'd like to land as you descend upon your missions from the sky. The missions in the game have no actual start or end point, and there is no set script to the storyline and game. Also, weapons upgrades are available and there are real-time environments. Only problem: can't control vehicles.
The game engine will have built-in mods, because of the use of the Unreal 3 engine. Also you should expect multiplayer to be similar to Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.
Gamestop.com:
"Step into the boots of Boyd Travers, Private First Class of the 82nd Airborne Division and engage in battles throughout Europe. From rocky beginnings in Sicily to war-winning triumphs in Germany, each mission begins behind enemy lines, with an intense and fully interactive airdrop."
