Whoa whoa whoa whoa… yeah I said it. So I bet your wondering what Playstation 3 Home is, because if it’s awesome coming from the kid that has hated every move Sony has made in the past 2 years then it has to be something worth knowing? Playstation 3 Home is Xbox Live on crack, basically Sony is taking the online interactivity in a totally different approach, instead of friend requests and gamercards, your going to straight up be inside a virtual world. Think sort of Sims/Second Life but on your PS3 for free.
You can meet up with friends and take them to your house where you can listen/watch stuff you have on your PS3, then after you get done chillen you can go play Playstation 3 games with them. The Home environment will encompass a great deal of other things including arcade games, and fun out of the box interactivity, in the video it shows people playing pool and bowling and what not. If Home comes out as strong as it looks in the video then it might really give Xbox Live a run for its money.

That’s awesome, i really hope it works for sony as the PS3 has far more potential in it than is currently being produced…poor release but its obviously fighting back strong with news like this.

That does look pretty cool. You can’t help but notice the similarities between that and the whole “Mii” idea though. It sounds like they’ve taken Microsoft and Nintendo’s approach and combined them with The Sims.
