Kotaku Deepthroat Strikes Again

Man, the summer gaming drought has forced me to resort to posting about rumors. However if there was a reliable rumor source, this is it. Kotaku's inside man is reporting that a development team working on a "still to be disclosed Wii title" has just gotten it's due dates for the alpha, beta and final builds of this game drastically reduced. Because of this, it is believed that the Wii launch date will most likely be in October.

And it makes sense. Why wouldn't you want to get possibly a month headstart on the PS3 launch date? As long as they don't rush the development of the launch titles too much, it would be a pretty smart move by Nintendo.
