Pro Gaming Championships

Since Kevin is covering E3, I've decided to give you special coverage of the much smaller Pro Gaming Championships. It's a relatively new professional gaming league, which airs only on Direct TV channels (sucks for cable). The setup of the Championship is basically one big massive tournament, where teams are franchised much like a sports team, from draft to the season. Each team competes until there are two left competing in the finals. Guess who's co-hosting the show...gaming legend Fatal1ty.

The games being played during the tournament include Halo 2, Counter Strike: Source, FIFA 07, Battlefield 2, Project Gotham Racing, and Dead or Alive 4. It's actually a pretty cool tournament, and hopefully they'll keep doing it. I just wish that they didn't do it during the E3 season.
