Twilight Princess bustin’ loose

As I type this there is exactly 7 days, 2 hours, 58 minutes, and 30 seconds until Twilight Princess hits the streets. But this week was the week that the big name gaming sites got their hands on Wii and Twilight Princess. And even though there’s a week to go, they have been given permission to release A LOT of screens, videos and impressions on the game. If you’re one of those people that wants to avoid spoilers, just get off the Internet now. Trust me you can’t even visit IGN without being majorly spoiled. Those of you that don’t mind new gameplay videos and screens, check out IGN’s TP media page. There is a whole bunch of truly new gameplay videos and screenshots there and from what I understand they are gonna be updating all weekend. They even got to play and write about the first 10 hours of the game along with about 30 other gaming sites. Check out there impressions here. But be warned that it reveals quite a bit.

The good thing though, is that all the sites that have been able to play the game have been completely in love with it, which is to be expected. But even better than that, they almost all say that the Wii controls are far superior to the GameCube controls, which I have been a big skeptic of. Either way, this game sounds like its gonna be truly epic. And the new media that has been coming out is just making that all the more apparent. This game has come a long way since it was first shown off in 2004 and it’s kinda hard to believe its actually almost here.
