Hesitation and Confusion

This post is entirely site related.

As it stands right now, I have spent almost a month on the new layout, and due to problems and annoyances I have decided to not use it. A possible choice will be to mod this layout some, change the colors, some structure and the presentation. The reason for this is simply for my own personal ease. I would rather work on fixing our content and bettering this site.

I am also at a current rather design block and thus the result of my troubles with the new layout, this added to various news and my current awareness of sites around me that are continually growing in both visitors but in SERPS. The fact that I update this site as much as I can and add new sections and everything is very discouraging, especially when the site doesn’t seem to full of live. Also the fact that the community on the forum is a soulless graveyard it doesn’t help matters. Everything about the site makes me uneasy, and yet it is doing better than it ever has.

I intend on making some possible changes if I can make my visualization of the changes occur on paper (digital web paper lol). Either way I will more than likely pursue the creation of this site with a more simplistic viewpoint, I will be modifying the link structure just because it has to be done. Also I will begin testing new URLs to hopefully better the sites position on SERPS and bring more fans to this site, and hopefully a community.

Even though I may seem slightly down on the site, don’t worry about it. This site will not die; it will only grow stronger… I promise.
