I am posting this to explain why some of you, about 75% of you are now seeing a big block of junk at the top of the page. This is because you are using Internet Explorer, which is in one way or another, a piece of crap. I for one am sick and tired of spending weeks of time tweaking my layouts to work in the broken broswer that is IE. Not only that, but the damn thing just isn’t safe.
So my goal is to get 50% of my viewers on Firefox. For those of you with Firefox already, you have no idea what I am talking about because you can’t see the message.
Thank your for your time.

Great idea!
Mozilla rules!
But for all we know, 50% of us could already be on Firefox.
You never know…
OOOOOoooooooo

actually i do know lol.
I have been keeping an eye on broswer proxies on the server, and now using a stat tracker by google, and they don’t lie.
Actual stats of the top 5
IE: 72.06%
Firefox: 22.77%
Safari: 2.41%
Opera: 1.28%
Netscape: 0.72%

Though it seems to be cursed, I use IE and FF at different times. Given the circumstance, I will use IE, though I prefer to use FF most of the time.
IE and FF have their issues, but both have their purpose. FF is safer, while IE can be more stable at times (omg, I said it! But really, FF has crashed with simple song playing. Not all the time, but it does).
Basically, FF = primary tool, IE = FF bitch… I use IE only for “quick” browsing and “bitch” needs.

ie only works more often because IE reads websites wrong, so sites that don’t code right load in ie despite being retarded, and things like embeded videos i find my friends have trouble with in firefox cause of the activex bs.
only thing ie has that is useful is activeX and if you ask me, it’s useless

If IE didn’t have activeX then it wouldn’t be so bad, most of IEs security problems are because of activeX. Many viruses, spyware and adware is installed using activeX without the browser even knowing it.
When it comes to sound and video content on the web IE has an advantage that Microsoft have a lot of money invested into making other products that deal with those like Windows Media Play. Since the Mozilla Foundation has limited experience with these media types they can’t be expected to get it right strait away.
Considering that Firefox is only in version 1.5 it is extremely stable, IE wasn’t that stable until well into version 3 and Netscape was at v4.
