Jack Thompson's Next Target: Bioshock?

According to GamePolitics.com, Miami attorney and long time Gamer's enemy Jack Thompson has set his eyes on Bioshock. Even after his win with Manhunt 2 not being allowed to appear in England, he is still hungry for more. On the Gaming site listen above, he said this in a statement about Bioshock:

“Please note that big trouble is on the way for Take-Two re BioShocks [sic]” stated Thompson, finishing with his trademark, “Hooah!”

Now really, what does he have to go after with a game that is as unrealistic as Animal Crossing? The enemies in this game aren't cops or federal agents, they're undead mutants in an underwater city. And we all know that this isn't "going to train our youth to kill kill kill". It's labeled correctly on the ESRB. I tried contacting a representative from 2K Games, but they didn't have anything to say.
