Globe and Epic Making a Skate Shoe?

I have to admit getting the scoop on this type of story is rather crucial. For those of you that don’t know I am a skateboarder and the reason this site has been slacking is because I been skateboarding so damn much. That aside, the guy that owns the skateshop I work at rolled up to the trade-show today and left me a text message that said Globe Shoes was making a Gears of War shoe. I started laughing and then did some google searches and shit and what do you know, no one knows about this bitch?

Anyway the picture is shoddy, when he sent it with his “verizon” phone it made me log into some bs and view the photo in this flash window that was 100 x 100 pixels wide… so i zoomed in and started screen capturing sections and pieced it together in photoshop. That’s right I just spent 20 mins of my time to deliver this image to you so get stoked dammit. I wish he had an iphone so he could have just uploaded it to his flickr account, flippin noob.

Anyway as you can see the shoe features the gears of war logo on the side and on the inside of the sole. It also rocks Gears of War on the tag of the shoe, so yeah enjoy it, if your a globe fan maybe enough stores will order it to be produced? Expect this shit in the summer enjoy.
