EA Skate Website with Gameplay Videos

Alright you guys might have to bare with me on this one, I have been skateboarding for years, so the fact that this game is so awesome and refreshing is just sort of overwhelming me. I am so sick and tired of the same old Tony Hawk game for the last what? 8 years or some too many games later?

Anyway EA for as monopolized and lame as they are, are composing one of the best looking skate games I have seen since Thrasher Skate and Destroy. The game features rippers in the industry and most of my favorite skaters with the exception of Terry Kennedy, that aside the game will be in my 360 the day it comes out and I can’t wait to use the new innovative controls. It would seem that Tony Hawk’s Project 8 attempted to have the control that Skate does, but they only did it in special cases and in some slow mo camera shit? So basically Tony Hawk wishes his game was as tight as Skate.

Check the gameplay tutorial on how to use the controls in the game, or just check out the new site and browse around, if your a fan of skateboarding you should recognize some of the bigger names like Danny Way, Paul Rodriguez, Ryan Gallant, Rob Dyrdek, Dennis Busenitz, Jerry Hsu, Pat Duffy… honestly? all the riders are huge names so theres no point in listing them all :).
