Final Fantasy XIII not Exclusive to PS3? why is this new?

Maybe it’s just the Final Fantasy community that was aware that there was a rumored 3 other Final Fantasy XIII games well… since e3 (May) 2006? So it’s a wonder that all the other gaming news sites are just now picking up the story, I have seen it reported now on a number of sites and am simply making the effort to let those that should know already that the title is not exclusive to PS3…
What we don’t know and still don’t know which is why the news of this popping up among many blogs is rather bothering me is where the other games are going. While it would be fun to speculate with 3 rumored other titles would be ported to the DS, 360, and Wii. However I doubt the likely hood of a multi-platform Final Fantasy XIII to that magnitude. However with the PS3 getting 2 titles its a wonder if the 360 wouldn’t get a port of just one of them? We can dream can’t we…

Isn’t it only Haersisesiissisiseese we are not sure of? Versus and 13 are on the PS3, and Agito on mobile phones?

during e3 there was an image released of ff7 and ff13, 7 had all of its spin-offs and then 13 had it’s spin-offs like versus and agito, and then there were 3 other areas that were empty waiting to be filled.
so based on the pattern of the image in question there should be 3 titles that we don’t know about.

why would square-enix betray sony? it’s obvious even to the mentally challenged that the ps3 WILL win the console wars sooner or later. FF13 would not do well on any other console and square-enix would most likely lose money. also is it 110% sure that FF13 will not be exclusive for the ps3? or is it just a maybe?
