Twilight Princess + Gamecube = No?

While I admit I only had the intention of getting Twilight Princess for the Wii, I never did end up preordering one. So I figure I just go get it for the gamecube? Well, based on local retailers that choice is no longer available. Joystiq reports that EB/Gamestop has pulled the Gamecube version out of the computer system and the websites have been updated to reflect the recent change. Does this mean that anyone that wants a Gamecube version will have to buy it online?
With exception to EB/Gamespot though there is still hope for say Wal-Marts, and Best Buys :/.

I checked it out the other day. Its being released in Decemeber.. nearly 1 month to the day of the Wii release. quit being dumb
