I guess Spring is also in the air, but who cares about that? The worlds biggest gaming event is just around the corner and myself and others on the site could not be happier. I guess our happiness comes with the stress of the event as well. As we all know E3 brings in the largest and most valuable amount of gaming information known to man in 3 days time. Granted there is Pre-E3 and of course Post-E3 conventions by various big-wigs that can afford to show off there hardware and games more than once a year.
Either way as I sit here thinking about it I can’t get my head around everything that we are going to see. Every Year is something bigger and more exciting and with this years focus on the Next-Generation of gaming rather than the hardware that powers it; It will be interesting to say the least.
I for one am most looking forward to the game for Nintendo’s console, even though I am a huge Sony fan boy. It will be very interesting to see how Nintendo and the developers for the console have taken advantage of the remote control and the hardware that is only available to the Revolution. Not to mention the fact that, if a company wants to port a game to the Revolution, they will have to completely redo it in a sense, that is unless Nintendo actually releases images of the cradle that was rumored during last E3 but never actually shown an official image. I just love how Nintendo is taking the approach of it’s own competitor, its just like how can you even put Nintendo’s innovative console in the same place as an Xbox 360 or PS3? You just simply can’t there not the same.
Most notable is the fact that the 360 and PS3 which were created to do everything including gaming, will not be capable of Nintendo’s Sole purpose, which again makes Nintendo in a league of it’s own, and I don’t mean the little leagues either.
Then of course all the games, I for one look forward to some of the treasures that kind of come out of no where and blow peoples minds, games like Okami last year (which is still not out…) Either way the convention is like 19 days away? WEW!
Now time for a fair warning… it seems like every E3 something happens to me that almost causes me to truly miss out on this convention and the coverage. This year I will be moving the 28th, no idea when we are getting internet and hopefully I will be settled into the home in little time. As a result I will buy the back-up server early and try and get the information I need to out to the right people, If I don’t have internet over E3 I don’t really know what I am going to do, I might just have to go bum over at a friends house, but hopefully that’s not the case, just be aware that I will disappear a few days at the end of April and early May.

yeah I don’t think there’s any question that Revolution is the most interesting thing going into E3. Will it be interesting coming out of E3? We’ll have to find out.
But the thing I am excited for the most is the announcement of something I have been waiting for the last 9 months: the Twilight Princess release date

I know this has been said before, but u still always type “there” instead of “their” and although english isn’t my mother-tongue it hurts my eyes everytime i see it
looking forward to the revolution as well, though i have to admit the thing i wan’t to see most would be the God of War sequel… this game just rocked the house imo.
