For the simple fact that there is really no place for something like this I will just post it here for every ones enjoyment. Doom the movie didn’t really get my hopes up and I didn’t expect it to revitalize the gaming to movie business, but that’s not to say I was disappointed. I came into the movie expecting the worse and left slightly pleased.
The movie offered a lot for the fan boys and most notably the addition to the first person view towards the end of the movie for a good 5 minutes. However not to completely spoil it, and those of you saying how? “I played the game,” doesn’t matter they don’t follow the Doom storyline. In short they don’t follow the fact that the demons come from hell, instead there sort of mutations…
The only thing I really didn’t like about the movie though was the ending just because it was so non-doom like that it made me sick, if they just cut that out it would have been so much better, I don’t see much hope for a sequel though, because they dug themselves a hole not using hell as the cause of the demons.
