Playstation 3 HDMI and Price Drops

While many of you were aware that the cheaper version of the Playstation 3 lacked a HDMI port, less of you are probably aware that is no longer true. Sony has corrected one of it’s many errors in marketing and selling this console by re-adding the HDMI port to the lower end system.

Not only that but Sony has also dropped the price of the PS3 in JAPAN (no where else), from the about $515 to $428. This price drop only effects the lower end model of the console. So now those of you not wishing to pay more just for HDMI, that’s no longer an issue, and everything else is upgradeable I believe.
