With the new genre of Xbox Live, Game demos have become increasingly popular among consumers as well as Microsoft. The demos allow companies to get a good idea of what the community might think of the overall game and allow for some user feedback as well as beta testing on a large scale with less material than the entire game.
To no surprise, Gameinformer has some information regarding a demo in early 2007(of Halo 3), but they speculate that the demo could come as soon as mid November just to mess with the Wii and Playstation 3 launch. Whether any of this is true? Can’t know until it happens, just passing the time with fun rumors over here lol.
