Microsoft Confirms Zune

Microsoft has finally unveiled their latest media device, the Zune. The device is expected to combat the ipod and offer unique functionality with other Microsoft software including media centers and the xbox 360. Very little about the device has been revealed and we don't even have a visualization of it yet. I know that Richard was telling me about it using Wifi for I guess playing music over your stereo and such without having to plug anything in, or at least over your computer or anything with a wireless connection.

As of right now the only confirmation we really have is a teaser website, and in true Microsoft fashion, it's more confusing than understanding. The teaser site offers literally no information, instead it has a dude petting a bunny, and then a small person hugging it... it's just like the Origen for the Xbox 360 all over again. Expect changes in the site over time, and if you didn't and your interested(in more infromation), I suggest you join the mailing list.
