Canadians get a PS3 Price "Increase"

Thats right, despite horrible sales across the board the one place the console is doing alright is in Canada. So what is Sony to do? Increase the price of course, even though the console was already retailing at $659.99, that apparently was not enough to please the machine. The console price has been hiked to $699.99. Today is a sad day to be a Canadian Gamer. One has to wonder wtf is going on with Sony and especially the marketing department, I for one have not really ever seen anything like this happen... ever? Least not in the gaming market.
