Unreal 3 coming to 360?

Aside from the game now being called Unreal Tournament 3 as opposed to UT2007, the big news on everyones mind is the chance of the game coming to the 360. While this was supposed to be the PS3s answer to God of War on the 360 it would seem that Gears of War has been a double edged sword for Sony. Now Epic Games as well as signing with Square-Enix the Engine technology seems to be leaning on the developing side of the 360/PC. Because it is so easy to port from PC to 360 the validity of this rumor is fairly strong.
If all goes well this will be yet another win for 360 owners and another hard blow to the Sony parade.
