Crysis

One of the most advanced and visually stunning games to ever grace the eyes of myself and many others has to be Crysis from the people that brought us Farcry. Running on the Cry engine the developers at crytek know exactly what they are doing and how they want to do it. However despite all that EA is seeking to acquire them. Like so many other companies before them, EA continues to monopolize the gaming industry by buying everything that’s better than they are and then ruining them.

You can read about the take offer at Digitalbattle. It seems that EA is actually publishing Crysis which really bothers me considering in all the trailers we have seen the Ubisoft logo originally and as of lately we have not. So can Ubisoft no longer afford to house such powerful engineers of gaming software :?.

Anyway we do have the GC trailer up it’s amazing how quickly I forgot about it after seeing the news about EA taking over them. The trailer shows all real-time gameplay from a first-person perspective, the game has a lot of gameplay elements that Farcy did, but now it has amazing graphics, and second to none physics and real-time destructible environments.
