Halo 3 Walkthrough

I say it’s easy, because rarely is Summer the time of good games, this summer is really no exception, but their are some gems that’s for sure. Firing Squad posted some of it’s top Gems and I can’t help but agree with them on almost everything.

Most notably Half-Life 2: Episode 1 comes out June 1st, it promises better gameplay, about 6 hours of gameplay, and the extension of the Half-Life 2 story. However at $20 dollars for a few more hours of gameplay I wonder if it’s justified, especially when the game is titled Episode 1 and their is already official release that Episode 2 and 3 are planned. So that means we will pay 60 bucks total for all 3 for about 18+ possible hours of gameplay. Then again I am getting it so I guess I can’t talk.

The other major Gem is Prey, the long anticipated game from the 3d Realms people. The game is expected to really push the use of physics and gravity with it’s unique levels and alien areas. The game will be on par with Half-Life 2 if you ask me, and has more of that Unreal feel, and yet at the same time it is like nothing we have ever seen. My favorite part about the game is the MMORPG like death scene, in which you don’t actually get a game over, simply have to reclaim your body by going into a death realm. Only downfall about Prey is the power you need to fully enjoy it, if you don’t have an Alienware or even one of the sweet new Dell XPS systems I am not sure your computers will hold up (please ignore the last line mister custom pc :P). Then again it is also coming to Xbox 360, which is all the better reason to get one.

Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting on it. Lol, I found you on Technorati as well even though I already knew where your site was :P . Lol, funny I guess. Anyway, I think I agree about paying 60 dollars for 18 hours of gameplay, but then again, when you think about it, you already do pay 60 dollars for even less than that with some games on the Xbox 360.

With the format war over, do you think Sony's incorporation of Bluray a good idea?
