  The New King
You'll wake up in a room. Your weapons, items, and money will be gone and you won't be able to switch characters. Climb the ladder in the corner and you'll find out you're on the Blackbird. Head back and save. You have 2 options. You can climb into the ventilation shaft and travel around stealthily, or you can examine the door, think of a plan, and escape. Eventually you'll have to go through the air ducts though. Now, if you think of a plan, you'll end up in the hallway. You'll have to fight enemies. This is why I said bring Ayla. If you didn't bring her and you get caught by an enemy, you'll be thrown back in the room and you'll have to use the air ducts.

First, escape by acting sick. Leave and head left. In this room, kill the 3 Bashers to get back your money. Leave and go right, hit the conveyor belt switch and go down. Head left and through the door. Kill the 2 Bashers for your third character's equipment back. Now you can battle with 2 characters instead of one. Leave and take the conveyor belt to the right, up. Head right and enter the room. Kill the Byte to get your 2nd character's equipment back. Head out and take the ladder to the left.

Inside the Air Ducts, head left. Head all the way south at the intersection until you reach the last vent. Examine the vent for a scene. Head all the way back up, but at the second to last intersection, head right. Go up, left, and up at the next intersection. At the second intersection from this one, go left and then up and take the ladder. In the chest is your first character's equipment. All that's left are the items. Head back up through the ducts. Go down, left, and up at the first intersection. Take the ladder. Go down to the left and take the conveyor belt. Head inside the room and kill the Basher and the Byte. Grab the party's items from the chest and head through the door. (If you're unsure about fighting a boss without saving, leave the room with the items and then head to the right. Go south and then southeast until you find the room with the save point. Head back up when ready.) Go up the ladder. If you didn't get all of the party's stuff, then you will be asked if you want to go back in. Note that if you didn't, you can't get whatever you left behind back. Also, you might not be able to use a party member in the next boss fight. Before you continue on, there is a [SPEED TAB] somewhere in the ducts if you want it. Anyway, head all the way to the left and down. You'll encounter a boss fight.

Golem Boss

HP: 15000 | EXP: 2500 | TP: 40 | Money: 2000G | Drops: None

Remember when I said Ozzie was the easiest boss. I lied. This is. He doesn't attack at all. He prepares for it, but he's afraid of heights. Let loose with all you've got to kill him. After a long time he will run away. Kill him quickly so you can get the Exp., Tech Points, Money, and so you won't have wasted all that MP.

After the battle you get a scene and then a real boss fight.

Dalton Plus

HP: 3500 | EXP: 2500 | TP: 40 | Money: 2000G | Drops: None

He has low HP so he should go down quick. Steal the Power Meal from him and let loose on him. He has level 2 magic attacks this time around, plus some new ones that will deal a good deal of damage, but he shouldn't be tough.

After the battle you get another scene. Press the buttons they tell you to. Afterwards, you end up on the ground. Head to the shop and buy new armor. (LOL! While playing through this game, I realized what a big dummy I was. After I got the Sonic Arrow and the Shockwave in the Ocean Palace, I forgot to equip them on Marle and Lucca.) You should already have the weapons from the Ocean Palace. If you missed them, you can get them here. Leave here and heal up in the first hut. To do so, examine the pile of straw in the corner. Head to the Commons and talk to the woman by the plant. Tell her to plant it instead of burn it. It will make a sidequest available. Next, save and head to the north cape. You might want to put Frog in your party. Head to the end of the cape and examine the light. You will get a scene with Magus. If you choose to fight him, you get his amulet and some Exp & Tech Points. Also, it slightly effects one of the endings. If you choose not to fight him, you get him as a character and you get his amulet. The Experience, Tech Points, and altered ending are nothing compared to how useful he is so I say don't fight him. Either way, he will point you in the right direction to continue. If you choose to fight, here is a strategy.

Magus

HP: 6666 | EXP: 3000 | TP: 50 | Money: 4000G | Drops: Amulet

This time around, he is weaker. Also if you brought Frog, it's one-on-one. If you didn't then the whole party fights. This time, he only uses physical attacks, Lightning 2, Fire 2, and Ice 2. He spends most of his time physical attacking. You will need to heal alot though, especially if it's just Frog. If you have Ayla, steal the rare Mega Elixir from him. After awhile he will fall. After the battle, pick up his Amulet.

At this point in the walkthrough, I'll assume you have Magus.

Magus will only have 3 Spells: Lightning 2, Fire 2, and Ice 2. He'll learn more like normal techs.
Magus cannot learn any Dual Techs, but through special rocks, he can use Triple Techs with other members.
Magus's Techs are only Magic. He has no physical techs.
Magus's Weapon is the scythe. Head to the shop and buy him the Hurricane.
The Black Rock you got in Kajar can be used with Magus, Lucca, and Marle, but only when Magus knows Dark Matter, Lucca knows Flare, and Marle learns Ice 2.
Magus's magic type is Shadow.

Leave and board the Epoch. You'll get a scene. You can now fly in it so everywhere is accessible. But don't go through the Black Omen yet.
