  Mission 3 - The Devil's Tower
When this mission begins watch out for the two enemies on the rooftop firing projectiles down at you. Ignore the enemies on the ground for now because you have to take those things out. Run up to the overhang where the left one is standing and try to jump up, while you can't make it all the way up on the first jump, if you press the jump button again as you reach the overhand you can kick off and make it up there, knock both of them down and proceed to battle your way through the rest of the enemies. Keep in mind that the barrels in the corners can be targeted and will explode when shot.

When the enemies are taken care of, enter through the door of the club. A barrier prevents you from going any further, but ignore that for the moment. Collect all the Red Orbs in this room by smashing absolutely everything from bar stools to wine bottles. You'll notice that when you go to smash the dart boards beside the jukebox an odd panel on the wall is revealed. Use your sword swinging abilities to activate all the nodes on this panel and remove the barrier. Before going through the door be sure to pick up the Shotgun off the wall, changing guns is done quickly with the L2 button.

Check out the scenery in the next room, you can interact with the pole using the triangle button, keep this in mind. Smash all the furniture in this room for the Red Orbs and then approach the door for a quick scene and another battle. These dangerous enemies can teleport around and attack but if you try to remain in the air as much as possible using your Handguns and new Shotgun as well as the beloved Stinger attack, they will fall. Now you can access the door which was previously blocked with the big blood streak leading to it.

Outside use your wall kick on the right wall to grab the Red Orbs and also the Blue Orb Fragment up on the ledge. Collect four of these and your max health will increase. You'll notice there is a door below the Blue Orb Fragment, examine it with the circle button to enter Secret Mission 1.

They certainly don't make it easy for you at the beginning, playing on the normal difficulty it took me eight tries before I was finally able to devise a working strategy for this, basically here it is. First of all keep in mind that Stinger is a weak attack and should really only be used to move you close to the enemy quickly, secondly the jump and downward slash attack is very powerful and combined with Ebony & Ivory (preferably upgraded) shooting and downward jump slashing the first enemies that appear will kill them extremely quickly. Where you're going to lose most of your time is fighting the two scythe wielding teleporters, after trying many different strategies I finally realized that by far the fastest way to kill these things is just the four swing sword combo used over and over and over again, keep slashing while they're on the ground and they won't be able to teleport. This way you should be able to beat the time and get the Blue Orb Fragment as a reward.

Jump up onto the left side and break the statue to find another Blue Orb Fragment. Further up the path is a statue which can be used mid-mission to upgrade your equipment and such. Now continue up the path to the next area.

Cerberus

A very difficult boss fight awaits you here, there are quite a few ways to approach this battle, I'll outline the one that worked for me. First of all what didn't work for me was an aggressive attack right up to the boss. Doing this means you can't predict any of his attacks since you're so close and you just have to hope nothing hits you. The one advantage of this approach is that if you're attacking his feet it is possible to knock him down for a moment and allow you do do extreme damage to his head with melee attacks. Before you do any of this however you have to use one of your guns to chip off the ice. Now here's what did work for me after about five or six tries, I fought almost the entire battle from the back using the Handguns which were fully upgraded of course. While this is slow it allows you tons of prediction time and dodging chance for his attacks. Having Air Hike is also recommended because it's the easiest way to dodge every single attack he has. Sometimes when he bounds forward to the front that gives you a great opportunity to run up and do a jump slash to his head, but play it safe and use some items if you have to.

For defeating the boss you get the nunchuku like weapon called the Cerberus.
