Once that issue is taken care of, your destination is the red X marker on your map (far west side). Speak to the watch and choose to enter the Manse. This will trigger a scene. After it ends, your next destination is the aerodome. Head there and speak to the woman at the desk near the entrance to board the Strahl. Choose The Ridorana Cataract to the southeast.
