For those of you that don't know we just finished moving to a new server, however all of my sites are not yet pointing to the correct server so I will be spending the next day or so getting everything on the new server and operating. Once that is done I will get back to news postings and updating the site with more content. We got some good games coming out this month and more to come later on so I will try and get content and guides up for everything I can...

Stranglehold and NBA LIVE 08
John Woo/ Chow Yun Fat = GOLD?
We shall see when the game is released in this month.
This duo has hit gold many times in the Hong Cinema scene but will this translate into money in the video game industry? NOW ON with the reviewGame Play/Contol: Ill put this very simply, is the Jump button gone in all the new games? I very much miss the jump button. The gameplay can be a little sloppy. If u try to run around a table or a ledge, you can expect to slide across it, not get on it. As you slide, dive, and ride a cart, you can expect to be in slo-mo 75% of the time. This can get a little annoying a point. You slo-mo meter or Tequila time runs out pretty quickly, so you will have to be smart to use it. Theres also 4 seperate power ups you obtain throughout the game. You can Heal yourself or go into slo-mo zoom shooting for example. Slo-mo zoom shooting is really cool too. I used that power up and I was able to zoom into an enemy model and shot at specific spots. For instance, I shot a dude in the leg and it took out his leg, yet he was able to limp and get back up and shoot back.
7.5/10 - Gameplay
7/10Graphics: Once again, a next-gen game that delivers on graphics. Boy was I surprised at how nice everything exploded. The lighting was pretty much spot on and looking up at some pretty bright neon signs were cool because they actually did blind you a little. Blowing everything up in the room with no lag and amazing detail was awesome.

Sound: Well this isnt really anything close to Heavenly Sword. When one is in Tequila Time and is shooting 40 some odd bullets, the sounds aren't that spot on. And there is little music at all in this game. Well maybe there is but I can barely here anything when i am shooting up the place.

Replay Value: If you like to break doors, tables, slide down railings, run up railings all in while shooting then this should be a 8/10 for you. For me Ive played the demo at least 15 times since the release of it.

This will be a Buy for me. Collectors Edition for the PS3 of course. Hardboiled is included on the same disc. Thats more then enough reason to plop down 69.99$ plus tax.NBA LIVE 08

I was so disappointed I am not going to even give this a proper review.
If you ever played NBA LIVE 07 with Tracey McGrady on the cover of it, then be prepared to save your 60$ and buy another game. This game is basically updated graphics and a new soundtrack. The movement felt sluggish and the game play was so bad it felt like controlling senior citizens on a basketball court. Whats worst, everytime I played the demo, around the start of the 2nd qt for about 1 whole minute, the demo would slow down so much its like playing in slo-mo. It was terrible. It happened 4 times so far. Every time I played basically.Gameplay: 4/10
Graphics :7/10
Control: 3/10
Sound: 5/10
Replay:1/10TOTAL: 20/50
Basically cut that in half cause thats how i feel about this game. Go out and buy the NBA 2k8. I assure you it will be better. -
So yeah its been a while since I had some new content on the site so I have decided to go hunting for content for various games, so far it has allowed me to open up the Bioshock and Metroid Prime 3 sections of the site, while they are not jam backed with information by any means they still have some useable guides and lists for your gaming fulfillment.
So yeah I will continue to try and get more content in those two sections and hunt around for some other games, but I guess the question is what games would you like covered in terms of guides, lists, maps, images ect.?

To say that this game hasn't influenced myself or anyone that has ever put any heart into this site would be a complete lie. With exception to Jazzhak (he may like it I don't even know), everyone that has ever worked on the site has been a fan of not only Final Fantasy VII but the entire series. But few will ever forget the changes that Final Fantasy VII had on them and how the game itself redefined gaming on the Playstation and turned the tied for Sony against Nintendo back in 97.
Now 10 years later, the games importance still reigns, and will countless remakes from sequels, to prequels and even films, the lasting effect of Final Fantasy VII will surely be felt for generations. So In memory of all this I present you with a video that showcases real-life places that strikingly resemble that of locations and places in Final Fantasy VII, so much so that you wonder if these places themselves were not in fact the inspiration for locations in the game.

I will try to come up with something to do tomorrow to further celebrate the birthday of Final Fantasy VII, but if I don't get around to it you can bet we will celebrate Final Fantasy's 20th Anniversary :P. Enjoy the videos and never forget the impact this game made on your lives.

I am having trouble finding words that are even necessary other than the title of the article? The only thing we don't know is if the battle-mode will be 16-people enabled. Though I can't imagine why not, but if they have shitty battle levels like on the DS I can't imagine it being that great, we need the BLOCK-FORT back... :P.
Anyway its nice that Nintendo is doing something online for once, it's sort of depressing being a 360 gamer and seeing news like this as "that" important. I say that because a racing game on the 360 would never not have online gameplay, but a racing game on the Wii having online is like a saving grace... either way this is sick news, glad Nintendo didn't mess this up.

Man... with all this shit going on and people assaulting admins of websites, school and shit I totally forgot that this site had a birthday, I realize I am a terrible father and I apologize to the site for this neglect. I just got an inquiry about another t-shirt contest so maybe have a lil give-away to celebrate even if it is a little late ;).

Ok so the first thing you guys watched is the opening of the game apperantly, this is the trailer that is showed at TGS, its over 7 minutes long and has a lot of japanese, but whatever thats never stopped a Final Fantasy fan from enjoying a trailer.

Well over a month? Yeah thats a long ass time and its for damn good reason, everything that is being posted about Final Fantasy is just the same old shit, more Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core and nothing meaningful about Final Fantasy XIII which is basically the only Final Fantasy game I care about right now. Don't get me wrong, Crisis Core looks sick I just don't feel like buying a PSP is all.
Yet here I am making a post about Final Fantasy 7 Potion Cans, if you guys don't remember the Final Fantasy Potion drinks it was a limited item in Japan and this item is just as limited. If you want to get your hands on one of these Final Fantasy 7 collectables your going to have to hop onto this online retailer because they are the only ones that carry it.
However don't start fiending for the items just yet as they do not come out until October in Japan and when they do come out they are only like $1.50 American, so anyone you know in Japan let me know because I am so down to get my hands on a couple of these, but how much is shipping across the country?

Best Commercial I have ever seen for a game and it was by gamestop? Someone put in good clean humor and fun and I am guessing some money to produce this little tv bit. Halo 3 is shortly upon us, feel free to leave your gamertags in this post or the forums and I will be sure to snipe any of you bitches that think your any good haha.
